Rind & Grind was started in 2020 after decades of experience in the business. Initially the drive was to create a Smoothie Bar that was in alignment with what our guests were looking for. With a vast knowledge of back end processes, vendors, ingredients, design & construction, & operations we opened our home store in Salina KS. The Salina community came out and supported us and we’ve been blessed with 4 years in operations and counting. Our stores now have evolved into a place to have meaning conversations regarding health, nutrition, & fitness. We are always experimenting with new ingredients, working with quality vendors, evolving to meet our clients demands. Come join us and visit one of our stores today!
