The Rind & Grind concept was developed with 20 years of experience in the smoothie/juice bar business. From the time you enter our establishment to when you receive our product we hope to deliver on that experience. We take pride in crafting the finest smoothies, espresso, and fresh squeezed drinks with quality ingredients. Our guests should expect nothing but an industry leading product and we hold ourselves to that standard. Our locally owned and operated store opened in Salina KS March 1st, 2021. Excellent drinks, comfortable environment, incredible ingredients, amazing team! The employees are knowledgeable and very fun to talk to. The company carries amazing ingredients and there is an endless variety for your smoothies. I’m blown away by the quality, taste, and staff of this company. 10/10 recommend for anyone! Most smoothies/shakes come with raw or whey protein, ingredients you don’t see elsewhere, and they even have a great selection of vegan options. Awesome coffee, too!

Best smoothies in town hands down. Always consistent and quick. I tried the Koko-nut the first time and loved it. Today I gave the tropical escape a shot since it was hot out and was wanting something refreshing, let me tell you, this was awesome. Great flavors and great nutritional value!

I workout at Sharp Performance and participate in their fitness classes. Sharp gets their shakes for class from Rind and Grind and they taste amazing!! My favorites are the Peanut Butter (which tastes like a Reeces Cup), and the Strawberry (which tastes like strawberry nesquick). They arent too thick and/or too lite either. Quality shakes. Love them!!
